Fortuna, Virtud y una técnica para la Política
Abstract
The present work tries to outline the main concepts of the political theoretical nucleus elaborated by Machiavelli in The Prince and the Discourses on the first decade of Tito Livio. A holistic reading is carried out that allows the transpolation of some concepts to a kind of general corpus of Machiavellian political ideas. This role is also sustained in the reading of some of the main interpreters of the Florentine. Its main axes are the new conception of politics in modern terms and some central political concepts, such as the state, man, and the couple fortune virtue
